I asked for a refund and it did eventually show up, just not as quickly as I was hoping. Customer service was fine overall, but I did have to follow up once to get things moving. Not the worst experience, just a little annoying because I figured it would be a bit more straightforward, but...

I ordered a black dress for the weekend, but when it showed up it was a completely different color, and the size on the tag wasn’t even the one I picked. Super frustrating because I didn’t really have time to figure out a backup outfit.
Customer service eventually responded, but I got transferred around before anyone could actually help me, which just made the whole thing more annoying. I still had to ship it back too. Not the worst experience ever, but they really need to get their orders right the first time

The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to explain over and over that I didn’t even know where my package was, which got really frustrating. The clothes were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole waiting around part was annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

My order showed up in this super thin mailer with almost no protection at all... one side of the package was ripped and the item looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here. not what I was expecting, disappointed with how it was packed

I ordered a medium and it fits more like an extra small. The material seems decent and I kind of liked the look, but the sizing was so far off that I couldn’t really wear it. Maybe it works for someone else, but I don’t think I’d order it again

I picked up a few things from Sugarlips the styles are really cute. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. I just expected the fabric to feel a bit nicer for the price. It’s not bad by any means, but I don’t know if I’d call it the best value unless there’s a sale going on. I’d probably order again if something I like is discounted.

i ordered a dress from sugarlips.com because the color online looked like a really soft dusty pink.
when it arrived, it was way more of a bright peachy coral. the fit was actually fine, but i needed it for a specific event and the color just didn’t work at all.

maybe it’s the lighting or editing in the photos, i don’t know. i just wish the pictures had been more accurate because it was frustrating...
